Acoustima Classic ceiling tiles can be found in White or Black or many colors such as Red and Yellow! The tiles comprises of a medium density glass wool panel covered with a sandy surface, painted glass wool tissue for decorative ceiling effect.
Core Material : With 50 kg/m3 high density semi-rigid fiberglass.
Thickness : 15 mm , 20 mm.
Weight: Total weight, approximately 2.5 kg/m2, including the suspension system.
Sizes : 600×600 mm, 600×1200 mm, 610×610 mm, 610×1220 mm.
Edge Detail : Flat faced with square edges.
Fire Reaction Class : Class A2 s1 d0 according to UNE-EN 13501-1:2007 .
Acoustic : NRC range 0.80-0.85 as per EN ISO 354 room method testing .
Moisture Resistance : Up to %95 at 30 °C according to ISO-4611 .
Light Efficiency : Up to 85% Light Reflection.
Installation : Perform installation of Acoustima ceiling tiles as late as possible during the building stage. They are installed on 15 mm or 24 mm exposed grid system (see diagram). To minimize contamination, use clean cotton gloves during installation or any handling of the tiles.
Cleanability : Withstand a vacuum cleaning (according to the Manufacturer’s instructions).
Accessibility : Removable, quick and easy access.
Handling and Strength : Easy to handle and have standard mechanical strength.
